Carol R. Schifter, Esquire
Attorney Carol R. Schifter offers extensive experience with the creation of wills and probate administration of estates.
Prior to establishing her practice, Ms. Schifter served as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, D.C., working to stop pollution under the Clean Water Act. In addition to her experience in the courtroom, Carol is also well-versed in collaborative law and mediation, alternative forms of dispute resolution that often yield swifter and more amicable agreements. She is an active member of the Maryland Bar Association, and was admitted to practice in the state in 1978.
Carol earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University and her Juris Doctor from Catholic University. Outside her law practice, she enjoys spending her time participating in a choir and serving on the Board of a non-profit.
